VitaminLore Shipping Policy

At VitaminLore (operated by MassageChi Company), we strive to provide clear and transparent shipping information for all our customers. All products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party partner, Supliful, via dropshipping. We do not handle inventory or shipping in-house.

Processing and Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically processed and fulfilled by Supliful within 1–5 business days after your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Larger orders (e.g., over 200 items) or first-time/custom-labeled orders may take longer to fulfill.
  • Once fulfilled, the carrier takes over for delivery.

Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

U.S. Domestic:

  • Regular Shipping: 2–4 business days (via USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (via USPS Priority) — available only for U.S. addresses and Shopify orders

International Shipping:

  • Varies significantly by country and zone (typically longer than domestic).
  • Delivery times are estimated at checkout and depend on customs processing, which can add delays.

Note: These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, carrier volume, customs (for international), or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
  • Shipping is not included in product prices and is added separately.
  • You may qualify for free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders (e.g., over a certain amount) — check the cart or checkout for current promotions.
  • We recommend reviewing rates in your cart before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to most addresses in the United States (excluding certain U.S. military bases in some cases).
  • International shipping is available to many countries, but not all. Some destinations may have restrictions due to product type (supplements) or local regulations.
  • For UK orders, an EORI number may be required in some cases.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly through the carrier’s website (primarily USPS).
