VitaminLore Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VitaminLore (operated by MassageChi Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns; collectively referred to as “VitaminLore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online retailer that offers dietary supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition products, and related items (collectively, the “Products”) primarily through dropshipping arrangements. We do not manufacture, formulate, label, test, or directly distribute the Products. All Products are sourced from third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.

4. Liability Transfers to Manufacturer and Distributor

  • In the event of any claim, injury, or dispute related to a Product, your sole recourse is against the manufacturer and/or distributor of that Product.
  • You authorize and direct VitaminLore to provide your contact and purchase information to the manufacturer/distributor upon request for the purpose of resolving any such claim or issue.

VitaminLore will reasonably cooperate with you and the manufacturer/distributor in facilitating warranty, return, or liability claims, subject to our standard return policy.

5. General Provisions

  • This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Denton County, Texas.
  • This Disclaimer forms part of our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
  • We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of our site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
  • If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
