VitaminLore Return Policy

At VitaminLore (operated by MassageChi Company), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Return Eligibility
- Eligible Returns: We accept returns of unopened products that are in their original, sealed packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items (all sales final):
- Any opened, partially used, or unsealed products.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery (unless due to shipping damage).
- Personalized, custom-labeled, or private-label items (unless defective).
- Products close to or past their expiration date.
- Any item prohibited from return by law or for health/safety reasons (common with supplements).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will coordinate for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
- Claims for lost packages or shipping damage must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at support@vitaminlore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if approved (or you may use your own carrier).
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend insuring the return and obtaining a tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Refund Amount: Full product price minus original shipping/handling costs, restocking fees (if any), and any applicable transaction fees.
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Store Credit Option: We may offer store credit (at full value) as an alternative to a refund to encourage future purchases.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
